Having beautiful long legs is every woman’s dream!

I’m pretty sure you got all jealous just by watching those Pussycat dolls video clips and wonder why someone can have such perfect pair of legs that is to die for. And of course, that’ll make all those men go ga-ga all over too. Actually, there are so many ways of getting lean, thin, sleek and toned legs. However, the most important thing along the journey is nothing but perseverance and effort. If you are really determined in getting something that you really want, you should be able to get it.

There is no better way to get long beautiful legs than to workout and exercise. Of course, first of all you should try to loose some weight overall and especially around the thighs. If you have the chance to visit the gym every once in a while, don’t forget to spend some time of the treadmill, the cycling machine, the stepper and various leg muscles strengthening machines. It was meant for you to get those fine toned legs. However, many of us aren’t that free to go to the gym everyday so there are other methods too.

You can even do some effective exercises at home! Try these exercises while you’re at home:

  • Jump, jump and jump! Do all sorts of jumps: rapid standing long jumps, rapid standing high jumps, jumping jacks, and jumping rope. Besides, it helps in getting the healthy heart rate and burn those extra calories. However, if you are overweight, do not do this too vigorously since it will give too much pressure on to your body, especially the ligament and joints that if you are unlucky, instead of getting nice long legs, you’ll be getting an injury.
  • All the time squats and plies. Wonder how those ballerinas got long and beautiful legs? Well, there you have the answers. They do this at almost every training session, and for quite a period of time. Squats and plies help you in sculpting your backside, thighs and legs overall. Muscles and strength are build over time, giving you a more define and elongated legs. Besides, these two exercises can actually make your legs not only nice but sexy as well.
  • Start walking and walk faster! Fancy those stairs? Well, if you’re still thinking about getting those long beautiful and sexy legs, you better start fancying the stairs now. Do a few fast sprints up the stairs, but fall back to normal pace when you are going back down. It is better if you find a straight stairs rather than winding ones because you can’t really sprint up on those. If you can’t find stairs but hillside instead. Try sprinting up the hills. This exercise does not only build up your leg muscle and strengthened it, but you’ll be able to burn a considerate amount of calories as well. Reduce the intensity or stop once and for all if you experience any pain on your ankles or knees.

If you just started on exercising after a long time, do remember to not jump doing on strenuous exercises all in one shot, rather do it gradually to avoid shocks towards your body muscles, ligaments and joints.

So there you go a few simple exercises that you can use to get those legs all beautiful and sexy. Yes! You can have beautiful long legs now ~ like your favorite movie star or beauty icon!

    Good to see plies mentioned, assuming that the reader’s knees and ankles can withstand them. Body weight squats are always a sound suggestion. In addition, should your reader have trouble with squats then “wall sits” are also a good suggestion for toning up the legs.

    It’s not necessary to spend a war chest on supplements if you want to get toned arms. After all, the majority of them don’t even work. You’ll get better results by saving the money and spending it on high quality food instead.
