However, if you are feeling tired and weak every and at all time of the day and it has been for several days, there might be something wrong with your health and there’s no harm in having a medical checkup for it.

In Japan, there a type of death that is cased by severe and chronic fatigue which I’ve forgotten of what it’s called over there. But it is quite a common case for Japanese people to have died due to severe tiredness. So, you see. Fatigue can even kill people, therefore, this isn’t exactly a small thing after all.

Learn the possible and common causes of fatigue

1. Common Flu and Fever
Viral infection commonly affects the muscles of the body, giving rise to body aches and tiredness. Even a little action can spell exhaustion. Many people who complain of fatigue are not always aware that they have flu or running a fever.

2. Lack of Sleep, Stress and Depression
Fatigue is especially common among students during the examination period when they study late into the night and do not get enough sleep. This is one example. They usually end up feeling tired the next morning. There are many example that could describe stress and depression, which is rather broad. Everyone is practically vulnerable to stress and depression besides students. Even normal people with a moderately demanding job can experience the same kind of thing. Meeting due dates, overtime et cetera.

3. Pregnancy
Hormonal change during pregnancy causes fatigue. The extra energy needed to support the fetus also causes tiredness.

4. Diabetes
The inception of fatigue in diabetes is sinister and not often noticed until weeks or months later. Look for symptoms of thirst and increased passage urine.

5. Anemia
This condition is contributable by low red blood cell count in blood. Another words, the blood is more dilute compared to normal. It is quite easy to recognize this because the nail beds and palms will look paler than normal.

6. Lung or Heart Problem
The heart and lungs function to pump oxygen throughout the body. If one is not functioning properly, the level of oxygen in the blood will decrease and the person will easily feel tired. The role of oxygen is to burn food stored in the body to release energy.

7. Hormone Imbalance
Imbalance in the thyroid hormones can give rise to a sensation of fatigue. The same also applies to adrenal and sex hormones but they are not so common.

8. Muscle Weakness
If the muscles are weak, there is a lack of strength. Greater effort will then be required even for a simple task. Hence fatigue sets in quickly too.

9. Extreme Dieting
An attempt toward crash diet or extreme dieting can largely contribute to fatigue-ness. This is because under this circumstance, the body is receiving less and less food to be turn into energy for daily use. A little extra effort can cause tiredness due to lack of energy.

What You Can Do To Cure and Treat Fatigue - Simple Solution

First Check your temperature and see if you are running a fever and if you are, pay a visit to the doctor; take your medicine and rest. This way, you can even have a thorough medical check up to see if there are any possible underlying heart, lung or thyroid problem.

Have a lot of rest in order to ease the mind and body and try not to get involve in anything that takes a lot of physical effort. However, do try simple exercises when you feel a little bit better because a person who stops exercising for a long period of time may find himself very lethargic and restless. He may feel more alert and active after resuming his exercise routine.

Catch up with your sleep if you haven’t been getting enough hours of it.

Another possible and effective option is to take supplementary food such as vitamin B Complex, Multivitamins and Royal Jelly if you feel your do not have enough nutrition from your daily food or not able to have a proper meals daily due to your hectic lifestyle and work.

Conditions like diabetes and anemia can be very easily excluded or confirmed by a blood test. On the subject of diabetes, it is important to know that the presence of sugar in the urine does not mean that a person has diabetes. Conversely, if there is no sugar in the urine, it also does not mean that he does not have diabetes.
