Sponsored links :I know this may sounds a little bit overrated, as far as losing weight is concern. People might even be excited in hope to hear that thinking will help in calorie burning. However, the bad news is that it doesn’t, at least not much.

Energy or calories is needed by human body to carry on daily physical activities. So the more strenuous the activity is, the more energy is needed. That is the basic of calorie burning. So, if you are thinking while running or thinking while sitting on your chair, will result to different amount of calorie burn.
Just think about it, if merely thinking will let you burn a lot of calories, I’d say many of us will feel less guilty about indulging in cookies, ice creams and all those calorie-loaded foods. Nature has it says that it’s not that easy and we would just have to obliged to the truth.
In losing weight or in burning your calories, you have to find a good or nearly perfect balance so that you can maintain your current weight. Of course, there are certain times when your body actually feels a little off, there might be something somewhere; like age. Because naturally, metabolism reduces as we age so we have to take a little more effort in restructuring our exercise and fitness routine to build our metabolism again gradually. There are also certain foods that help in building metabolism too, like lecithin and green tea.
