• Try your best to avoid spicy, oily, hot and hard food, instead opt for porridge, congee or soup base food
• Never miss your medication
• Take good care of your personal hygiene and shower three times a day to cool the body, especially if you’re living in tropical countries where the weather is hot and humid.
