v. Small breaks for exercise - Office workout
5 minutes 3 times a day is more than enough. Do some stretching and it may be a good time for you to climb the stairs, let say from level one to level five and back to level one from level five. vi. Get the help from your friend

vii. Use tools around you
Does it seem impossible to do some weight lifting while you’re working? How does a bottle of 1.5L water sounds to you? Yup, you can actually use it to substitute it with a dumbbell. It goes the same with using the walls for pressure to strengthen your arms and build some muscles to burn those calories on your own. Just don’t do it in front of everybody, find a good spot like in the washroom or in the staff leisure corners or something.
