Nutrition - Celebrities’ Secrets to A Nice Body

What exactly the celebrities did to have that super nice lean body and sexy muscles?

Most people would actually think that money could solve anything even when it comes to weight cases. Well, that’s only the partial truth. The rest would be super discipline and perseverance to follow through and be always on the ‘right’ track.

So, what did they actually do? Previously I did make a post of what celebrities do to train their body for those nice lean and sexy muscles. Now, let’s take a look at some nutrition tips they have in store for typical people like us.

Oprah Winfrey and Cate Blanchett believed in detoxification diet. They both tried the 21-day cleansing and detoxifying diet, where most items on the menu are vegetarian stuff. It is a strictly vegan diet and nowhere near caffeine, sugar, gluten or alcohol. There’s only edibles such as soy, legumes, lean protein, brown rice and steamed vegetables. However, there are several critics with regard to this style of eating plan. It’s true: our body have its own cleanser - such as the liver, lungs, kidneys and skin. But a severe abuse to our body by eating a lot trashy food with useless nutrition can have these organs slowly deteriorating in its function. However, going veggie is certainly not for everyone.

Jessica Biel and Heidi Klum are always on the three! Their trick is to eat every three hours a small portion of a real meal or a healthy snack. This method can help you in revving up your metabolism and helps shed off those cravings and binge eating. To make it simple, this kind of diet is made up of three main meals, two snacks and one small treat. As many would have known, high metabolism can lead to weight loss. However, make sure each of those meals contain only healthy portions of food!

There’s also the low GI diet, which is not only good for weight loss but also good for the body and health on a whole. This is the kind of diet of choice for LeAnn Rimes. A low GI diet focuses on food that particularly helps in maintaining blood pressure and diabetes.
The experts are also in consensus that this kind of diet is good to get great blasting abs. You can try it out by combining lean protein with whole grains, together with lots of fruits, vegetables and healthy fat. If you are seriously interested in this kind of diet, there’s a lot of books dedicated in listing low GI foods in the market.

There you go, healthy dieting and nutrition tips from celebrities you can put into practice.
