Another catastrophe disease caused by sugar is of course, diabetes. Diabetes is caused by the failure of the pancreas to produce enough insulin when blood sugar rises. The question: Why not enough insulin? Well, too much sugar in the blood will require more insulin to be produced and an overworked pancreas will eventually lose steam and couldn’t produce enough insulin, resulting to diabetes.
The simplest way of curbing this problem is to reduce your sugar intake, not in the sense of cutting it off after all but only to reduce the intake and eat more natural complex sugar like fruits.
