Sponsored links :Previously, I’ve written on how water is important to our everyday life. Plus the fact that it can also help you in losing weight while maintaining health and fitness condition of your body.
Not many realized that at times when we think we are hungry, we are actually thirsty (unless your stomach obviously makes that growling sound, then that will be a different case). Start your day with a glass of warm plain water and end it with another glass. Take note that warm plan water (H20) is entirely in different context with juices, diet beverages or just any other beverages, especially in caloric terms. Switch to warm plain water for less calorie!
Logically, water makes you feel full. That would means by consuming enough water daily, which is about 2 - 2.5 liter a day could prevent you from consuming an extra 200 calories! Water leave the body much easier than fats or carbohydrates does, which is through perspiration, urine, bowel movement and even while we’re breathing! (remember we also emit vapors while we breath…)
Basically, water is very crucial for good health. There are numerous functions of water for the body. Water helps your body control its temperature and also helps to remove waste through urine and bowel movement. However one of the most significant function is it’s ability to carry oxygen and nutrition from our food intake to various parts of our body cells.
However, how do you know when you are actually hungry or when you are actually thirsty? There are times when you feel like you have to get something to consume but you know that you wasn’t entirely hungry. Yup, some people call this phenomenon as ‘craving‘… dieter worst enemy! There’s a trial and error solution to this and it would even harm your dieting plan at all. If you feel somewhat like what’s describe above, drink a glass or two of water, and if the craving goes away and you feel more satisfied or alright without any food, then you have your answer.
Takes a lot of mental and emotional (or rather desires, I’d say) calculation but it works at times. And when it really doesn’t work, it simply means a small cup of yogurt or fruits! Anything but high calorie food, alright?! Now that you know some of the facts, you can now start switching to water ~ That’s right, Water Make You Lose Weight. Cheers!
